    The Accu-trigger on my 93r17 was mushy without a clean break, even at the lightest possible weight. After years of accepting lackluster accuracy from the rifle, I discovered the SAV-RAT. Installation was simple and now I have no trouble hitting the 1″ gong at 140 yards. My only criticism is that the corners of the trigger shoe are sharp, it would be nice if they were more rounded.

    I installed this trigger into two Savage Mark II FVTs. What an incredible improvement! I haven’t checked the actual pull weight yet, but they both feel similar to my CZ 457 at a measured 8 ounces. Installation was easy. I highly recommend getting that Accu-trigger out of your Savage! You’ll be glad you did.

    Ordered the SAV-RAT and had it delivered to Canada, one of the few manufacturers that export to Canada, although the shipping was a little expensive, the install was seamless. It took 10 minutes to install the trigger. At first I dialed the trigger in at 1.5 pounds and the trigger released crisp and true, I then dialed the trigger to 12 ounces and it became beautiful to shoot. I would totally recommend the trigger to anybody shooting the Savage

    I just bought the SAVRAT trigger for my Savage 93R17, it is by far the best trigger I’ve ever had! Easy to install & adjust. I have it adjusted very low, not sure of the pull but a friend says he thinks it feels like about 12 oz. & it’s perfect for my kind of shooting. Thanks for a great product

    Bought this trigger for my elderly neighbor because he wanted an upgrade. This trigger is …… AWESOME SAUCE !!! I’m saving to buy two more for me and my son. You can literally adjust it down to competition grade (not recommend) but once you make all the proper adjustments, this trigger is as smooth as Tennessee whiskey. I highly recommend this upgrade.

    GREAT!! Just what I needed. Easy install but would help if you showed which set screw goes where because of the different lengths. This was easy for me to figure out being a Retired Tool Engineer but may not be easy for everyone. The trigger is as good as it gets. The stock trigger would only go down to 2 1/2 pounds. I have this one set at 1 1/2 pounds and it will go lighter if I need it. I haven’t been to the range yet but I’m confident I will be happy. No creep, just a light crisp pull.

    This trigger is hands down a great replacement for the Savage trigger.
    This was my first trigger replacement, so I watched a YouTube installation video and read the instructions. It was surprisingly easy, except I should have taken a snapshot of the large spring before removing it – the YouTube video saved the day.
    The only issue I have is how the small spring just sits in place without a guard, but it hasn’t affected the operation of the trigger.
    As to the trigger. I have to be really conscious of the basic rule of keeping the finger off of the trigger until ready to shoot because as others have said this trigger is crisp.

    Ordering was easy and issue free. Shipping was pretty quick, but was coming to Canada so border delays were predictable. Trigger itself was an easy install for anyone with basic mechanical skills and tools, and adjustments to get it set up right were quick and easy as well. Trigger breaks very cleanly and nicely light, got it set to 21oz according to my scale. Great product, if I had another Mk2 I’d buy another sav-rat for it!
